At Grand Heights Early Childhood Center, we have the privilege of educating Artesia’s DD Preschool, Preschool/Kindergarten ACCESS, and Kindergarten students. Our low teacher-to-student ratio and “early childhood only” campus affords us the ability to reach out to our students on a one-to-one basis.

Kindergarten

Children who will turn 5 years old before September 1st of the current year, should be registered to attend kindergarten.

Kindergarten is mandatory in the State of New Mexico.

DD Preschool

Specialized staff work to support the development of skills for children who qualify for special education services. Student who turn 3 within the academic year may be eligible.
