Student and Supporter Resources
Here are some helpful links for testing, graduation planning, mental health resources, and additional student supports. If you have questions or need help finding the right resource, please reach out. I’m happy to help.

TESTING
Artesia High School offers the ASVAB in September and occasionally in early spring. The ACT is offered multiple times each year; the SAT is not offered at AHS. Students should check testing dates or visit the counseling office with questions or help registering.

NEXT STEPS
The AHS Counselors support students as they explore college, career, military, and workforce options through intentional planning, personalized guidance, and goal setting, helping them feel prepared, confident, and informed as they take their next steps after high school.

RESOURCES
Students and families at AHS are connected with resources that support mental, emotional, social, and basic needs. These supports are available to help navigate challenges and feel supported inside and outside of the classroom. We're here to help.

OPPORTUNITIES
AHS provides students with information on financial aid, scholarships, internships, community service, and other opportunities designed to support personal growth, real-world experience, and confident planning for a wide range of post–high school pathways, and goals.
